On June 17, a series of meetings at the faculties started at the Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian (Carpathian) National University as part of the Stefanyk Pro Way initiative, a project that opens up real opportunities for active teachers and their students for professional growth, self-realization, and influence on the development of the university today.
This is not about volunteering. This is about a new culture of action, responsibility, and teamwork. We are looking for those who are not afraid to set ambitious goals, are ready to get involved, and change the university for the better.
The first to join the conversation were representatives of the Faculty of Physics and Engineering, the Faculty of Philology, and the Faculty of History, Political Science, and International Relations. And these were not just meetings — they were dialogues about the future, in which each of us can play an important role.
The meetings were moderated by the director of the Educational and Scientific Center for Professional Education and Lifelong Career, scientist Halyna Voloshchuk. She outlined the main principles of the project – activity, non-standard approaches, trust, results.
Stefanyk Pro Way is a space for those who want to grow and make an impact.
The participants of the meetings showed initiative, did not hold back on questions, put forward ideas, shared their vision of how to make the university even better. These were real conversations with people who are already ready to invest their intellect, time, and talent in a common cause.
The project team is already being formed. Stefanyk Pro Way unites those who want more than just to study. Those who want to act. To be heard. To be among those who create a new history of the university.
