Two students of the Department of Journalism of the Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University won the All-Ukrainian competition of qualifying papers in the specialty 061 “Journalism” at the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education.
First place went to Yevgenia Kostornova with her work “Development of digital communication of the “Kolyada na Maizlyakh” festival through a web platform” (scientific supervisor – Associate Professor Natalia Shoturma).
Third place went to Ulyana Nikoliuk with the topic “Ukrainian journalism under martial law: specifics of work and problems (using the example of Ivano-Frankivsk media: TRK “Vezha”, OTB “Halychyna” and TRK “PAI”)” (scientific supervisor – Associate Professor Halyna Prystay).

For reference: The All-Ukrainian competition of qualifying works in specialty 061 “Journalism” is held annually at the State University of Intellectual Technologies and Communications (Odessa).
The protected qualification works of graduates of higher education institutions of the current year who became winners of internal competitions or were nominated by the examination committees of their institutions are eligible to participate.
